The Role:
Due to continued growth they are seeking a self-motived and highly personable candidate to become an integral part of their team.  Working within this small team you will be responsible for administration and customer service duties.
 

The Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting with general enquiries.
• Booking and scheduling car services and mechanic jobs
• Meeting and greeting customers and receiving / returning their vehicle keys
• Data entry of accounts payable and customer details
• Picking up and returning rental vehicles
• Extensive data entrey across industry based systems
• Ordering stationery and office amenities
• Other administrative duties as required
